Welcome to Skein Queen

We pride ourselves in creating beautiful hand-dyed yarns in our small studio in Berkshire, UK. We stock a variety of bases including luxury fibres, sock yarns and our own custom spun 100% British yarns. 

We dye in small batches and many colourways are one offs and won't be repeated so please make sure you have enough yarn for your intended project. We do have 58 repeatable colourways which are available for pre-order and also often crop up on a variety of bases in the shop update.
